Business Hours:
Monday – Friday 9 am to 6 pm.
Extended, weekend, or holiday hours, may be arranged upon request.
Rental Period:
The minimum rental period is one day.
Weekly rate for grip trucks and generators is a 3 day charge.
Insurance Requirements:
Evidence of insurance is required prior to any rental. Certificates of Insurance must name FM Grip & Lighting, Inc. as additional ensured and lost payee.
Equipment Rentals:
Commercial General Liability of a minimum of $1,000,000 per each occurrence.
Miscellaneous rented equipment coverage at no less than replacement cost.
Grip Truck Rentals:
Automobile Liability for Hired and Non-Hired Autos
$1,000,000 Combined Single Limit
Physical Damage (Comprehensive and Collision)
Liability:
FM Grip & Lighting, Inc. is not responsible for any claims, liabilities, or expenses arising during possession of the equipment.
Damaged Equipment:
All equipment is thoroughly inspected, tested and rented in good working condition, and shall be returned in the same condition.
Renter is liable for any necessary repairs on damaged equipment.
If equipment is damaged beyond repair, renter shall pay full replacement cost.
Payment Options:
We accept all major credit cards.
First time customers must provide credit card payment.
Once account has been established, net 30 will be allowed.
